I fiercely believe in the importance of being aware of our own emotions and patterns of thought and the strenght and power that comes from deepening our inner connection. It allows us to get to know ourselves and take control of our lives, making decisions that are in alignment with our true selves.

The way I hold this work
In my self-awareness sessions, we will create a safe and gentle environment where you can explore your emotions, uncovering the core beliefs of your psyche.
